Download and print your own “Flat Explorer!” To request permission to add your own sighting and your picture, or to send your picture to ask that it be added for you, please contact Mr. Reeves at firstname.lastname@example.org. (We want to be sure only Explorers and their families post pictures, so sorry for the security, but we think it’s worth it to keep this fun!) Also consider Tweeting your pictures with the hashtag #FlatDESExplorer!
Remember: Like it says above, you must have requested and received permission from Mr. Reeves to access this map before these directions will work. Open the Google My Maps interface in a new tab, log in to your Google account, select the Shared tab, select the Discovery “Flat Explorer” sightings map, then click “Edit” on the left.
Note: After clicking the link above and logging into the My Maps interface, if you don’t see Discovery “Flat Explorer” Sightings under the Shared tab, your Google account does not have access. This is to prevent inappropriate spam. Be sure you have requested and received permission to access the map from Mr. Reeves, and that you are signed into the correct account. For assistance, email email@example.com.
Step 1: Type the name of the location to place a pin precisely on the landmark.
